White Hot Melt Adhesive For Mattress Spring (Model: YD-6116A) is developed for bonding non-woven fabrics and pocket springs in mattress production. It is pure white in color. The form is solid granule.
White Hot Melt Adhesive For Mattress Spring is based on EVA resin, tackifier resin, wax, and antioxidant. The softening point is 90±5℃ (GB/T15332-1994). The viscosity at 180℃ is 1900±400 mPa·s (HG/T3660-1999). Open time is less than 7 seconds.
The adhesive provides strong initial tack and stable bonding strength. The bond remains flexible after cooling. Mattress structure stays stable. Comfort remains natural.
Thermal stability is good. Charring is low. Nozzle clogging is reduced. Production runs smoothly. Maintenance frequency decreases. MOQ is 1000kg. Packing is 25kg per box. Free sample is available.
