There are three reasons why high-temperature hot melt adhesive particles have bubbles:
One possibility: there is water in it, and the water is mixed in the glue after high temperature vaporization, because the glue is relatively thick, it is difficult for the gas to float to the surface and release;
The second possibility is that other chemical components are mixed before the hot melt adhesive is used, which reacts with the hot melt adhesive currently used, thus releasing a certain gas;
The third possibility: the amount of glue in the sol box is too small, in addition to the glue, air enters the conveying port together, and the glue flows out with the air;
