It's a yellow and transparent block solid, with a softening point of 95 ± 10°C and a viscosity of 4000 ± 1000 mPa·s at 180°C. This adhesive is made just for outer packaging jobs. It bonds well with leather, PU material, high-gram coated paper, double-filmed material and MDF. It's especially good for assembling hardcover boxes on semi-automatic production lines. It meets the composition requirements of Indirect Food Additive Regulation 21 CFR 175.105 "Adhesives", so it's safe to use for all relevant packaging applications, no safety worries at all.
